Could you Pass 8th Grade Science?

So I decided that since I'm so bored, I might as well keep doing these until the official bell rings and I get to go home. The question this time is, "Could you Pass 8th Grade Science?" The answer is, well you'll just have to look below and find out!

You Passed 8th Grade Science

Congratulations, you got 7/8 correct!

Well, 7/8 isn't great, but it sure isn't failing.

4:42 and the bell still hasn't rung. Thats it, I'm outta here.

IQ Test

Well, I got this idea from Rick Guess' blog (http://www.finishthecourse.blogspot.com), and I thought I'd have to try it myself. It's not much to brag about (especially the logical intelligence part), but still pretty cool.

Your IQ Is 130

Your Logical Intelligence is Below Average

Your Verbal Intelligence is Exceptional

Your Mathematical Intelligence is Exceptional

Your General Knowledge is Genius

Maybe I'll try putting up a few other cool things since I don't seem to have much to talk about on this darn thing.

Finis

The beer is finis, and you know what that means.

Distribution time!

And since no one responded and I only have like 3 people to distribute to, that makes it drinking time.

So, unless you want to see a really drunk Stephen or Virginia, I suggest you don't come by either of our residences between the hours of 12 pm and 12 pm, Sunday through Sunday.

Beer

OK, the beer is almost ready for drinking... and boy does it smell great! Virginia and I brewed a Weizenbier (Wheat Beer), and with the help of a friend, I just finished bottling it last night (tuesday). It made a little under 5 gallons, and I think it will be ready in about 1 week.

Provided it turns out as good as I hope, you are all welcome to sample the beer. I can bring you a bottle if I have enough, or I can just bring a few bottles to the next party and we'll have a sampling session if I get several responses.

Comment if you are as excited as I about trying this fantastic new beer!

Coldplay Concert

The Coldplay concert in Dallas is at the Smirnoff Music Center, September 23 (Friday), 2005.

I've been waiting for this group to come to Dallas for years and I can hardly wait.

So far, these are the people that are going to the concert: Rick, Tina, Necia, Jeff, April, Andy, Jorin, Cassie, Colby (i think), Bob, and myself.

There may still be tickets, so if you want to go, buy quickly!

Coldplay

Great news! Thanks to my friend, Colby, Ive got a site for you to listen to Coldplay's new song, "Speed of Sound". Starting May 31st, you can even listen to their whole cd, X&Y, on demand from the MTV Leak Website.

Also, Coldplay just confirmed their tour dates, and they're coming to Dallas on September 23 (THATS A FRIDAY!). Tickets are available June 11 for that show, unless you are registered at Coldplay.com, in which you should be able to get the tickets as soon as May 24.
I guess I had better get on the ball and get registered at Coldplay.com, because I want those tickets pretty bad.

Coming for the Trophy

Wow!

Sorry, I forgot to post about why the Spurs would take it all this year... I guess there's no need when the Spurs are on their way to possibly SWEEP the Sun's. Thats right, the Spurs are up 2 to 0, and thats after two road games. They have two home games coming up, and the Spurs had only 3 losses this season at home, out of 41 games. Thats phenomenal! They have only lost 1 game at home during the playoffs, and from this point foward, they will have home court advantage.
This is a team that was built in every way to win the championship. With additions to our team like Glenn Robinson and Nazr Mohammed, who has been exceptional during the playoffs with his offensive rebounds, creating and finishing many second chance attempts, the Spurs have filled in all the gaps that were in any way holding this team back from the greatness they have now achieved.

new bloggers

There are two new bloggers to check out in town.
audiophile (colby- one of my closest friends)
mavsrule (my brother, bob- fan of the evil dallas mavericks)

The Spurs are the greatest team in the NBA. Just want to make sure you know that before I send you to Bob's blog which will promote the Mavericks.
I'll post later about why they will undoubtedly win the NBA Championship this year.
